General Rules
Do not use my work in AI or cryptocurrency-based transactions.I will decline any commission with the intention of turning my work into NFTs or AI art generation projects.Prices are subject to change due to supply and demand or complexity of your request.I reserve the right to decline/refund your commission request at any time.
I do NOT do NSFW models and would not like to work with them. Please remove any NSFW elements before sending your files over.Payment
I do not take cryptocurrency as payment under any circumstance.I use Paypal for transactions (Found on my commission page). I do not accept any other method of payment. I will usually take full payment upfront before starting on the commission unless something else is otherwise worked out.I take full payment upfront when beginning the project. I will give you a price breakdown when we discuss the workings of the model, to remain as transparent as possible during that estimate process.Process & Delivery
Turn around time varies. It can take 1 week up to several months depending on complexity, health, technological issues, IRL circumstance, or how long my commission queue is.My queue is on a first come first serve basis. If it is dire that you receive your commission by a certain deadline, please let me know 2 weeks in advance so I can move you to the front of the queue. Rush jobs will see an increase in price.Revisions
I will only do one set of revisions, so please test your model thoroughly before providing feedback. I will update clients multiple times as I work on their commission to make sure everything is up to standard for them. If there is a situation where something needs to be completely changed or revised, I will ask for a fee that represents the time and energy required.Cancellations and Refunds
I do not take refunds after the model is complete under any circumstance. If you choose to withdraw/cancel when 50% or more of the 3D model has been completed, I reserve the right to keep the initial upfront fee.You are not authorized to chargeback for ANY REASON.If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue. You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate public blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned work. In other words, no characters or likenesses used in the commission will be taken and are NOT mine, only the work put in.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you, the commissioner, break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online and add it to my portfolio. If you, the commissioner, wish to not be referenced in any posts regarding the commission, let me know in advance!I am entitled to decline any commission in which I do not feel comfortable completing.I am not responsible for what my client decides to do with my commissioned models. Their usages do not reflect me. I am only responsible for the finished product.I am entitled to publicly blacklist specific entities/individuals that break my terms of service, given I do not violate any NDA or contract, if any.I do not permit any of my works to be uploaded or used in training to AI, or any AI related purpose.Any usage of my works in cryptocurrency/blockchain/NFT/AI related media, online posts, sites, etc., or any future inventions in this space, goes directly against my TOS. I have never, and will never, authorize usages of my work in this way.By commissioning me, I will assume you have read, understood and accept these terms.
